BNI Select at Sea Projected Overall Itinerary
Tuesday, September 19 – Fly to Miami and stay overnight near the port. (Not included in cruise pricing. We’ll begin working on these components, and transfers to and from the ship in the port, soon).- Wednesday, September 20 – Transfer to Port of Miami in the afternoon (depending on our assigned boarding times – Virgin Voyages doesn’t begin boarding until 2:00 p.m., and doesn’t set sail until 6:00 p.m.).
- Thursday, September 21 – Port of Call in Key West, Florida (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m)
- Friday, September 22 – Port of Call at The Beach Club at Bimini, Bahamas (8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
- Saturday, September 23 – Day at Sea
- Sunday, September 24 – Return to Miami, disembark by 10:45 a.m., transfer to the airport and return to Kansas City.
Important things to know about Virgin Voyages
- Virgin Voyages is, as they put it, “Adults Only by design.” Voyage passengers MUST be at least 18 years old prior to embarkation day.
- Virgin Voyages requires that all passengers travel with a valid passport. If you do not already have your passport, or your passport has expired, there’s plenty of time to get that taken care of, but you should start sooner rather than later.

The Limited View Sea Terrace cabins are all located on Deck 8. They are the same size and shape and appointed the same as other Sea Terrace cabins, down to the hammock on the terrace. The difference is that varying portions of the view from these cabins is obscured by the lifeboats that are mounted along Deck 8.

Central Sea Terrace cabins are (mostly) identical to other Sea Terrace cabins, except that they are located around the middle of the ship. One other notable difference is that no Central Sea Terrace cabins have pull-down “pullman” beds, limiting their capacity to 3 perople.
XL Sea Terrace - $2,380

The difference between the XL Sea Terrace cabins and other Sea Terrace cabins is the size of the room (NOT the balcony). Most of that extra space is dedicated to an extra-large bathroom, including a signature “Roomier Rainshower.”

Brilliant Suites are just forward of mid-ship on Deck 14. These are the largest of the RockStar Quarters, at 482 square feet. Brilliant Suite balconies are a bit more than twice as long as a standard Sea Terrace balcony. (These are the only RockStar Quarters that accommodate more than two guests).

Gorgeous Suites, on Deck 15, are very similar to the Brilliant Suites. The first thing that makes them stand out are the huge terraces. They are roughly twice the size of a Brilliant Suite balcony (which was itself twice the size of a Sea Terrace Balcony). The other big thing that sets the Gorgeous Suites apart is that they’re the entry-level for Mega RockStar status.

Two Massive Suites are located all the way forward on Deck 15. These rooms are the pinnacle of luxury on Scarlet Lady. At 830 square feet, you could put four Sea Terrace cabins inside a Massive Suite (and still have room to walk around). There’s a hot tub on the 1,317 square foot terrace, just outside of the music room (which doubles as a second bedroom).

Cruise Interest Form
No money is being collected at this time. You will be contacted via the method you request on the form to review and confirm your room selection and booking information. When you’re ready to book, you will receive an electronic invoice to securely collect payment information that is passed on to the supplier. The cruise fare discount and $300 Bar Tab bonus offers (non-RockStar staterooms only) are valid through March 31, 2023. However, if you wish to take advantage of the additional Early Full Payment discount, you will need to book and complete payment by March 24, 2023. If you do not wish to take advantage of the extra discount for early full payment, final payment will not be due until May 23, 2023. If I receive a sufficient number of cruise interest forms by Friday, March 10 I will work to secure a block of rooms, constituting a “Circle” in Virgin Voyages terminology, which may qualify us for additional onboard benefits.
