My name is Joseph Hammer and I have been a part of the Fantastic Memories Travel and Mouse Master Travel family for many years now.  I am local to the Kansas City area but have clients across the country.  I specialize in luxury leisure travel to many Disney destinations, all inclusive resorts, cruises and beach vacations.

My job is to do the research and have the knowledge so you don't have to!  I have been to Disney World MANY times and I am also an Annual Passholder.  That means I know the ins and outs of all of the Disney resorts and which ones are the best for you and your family.

The biggest thing that sets me a part from many other agents is my customer service and building relationships with clients.  I believe building a relationship with you is the most important part of having a travel business.  One of  favorite stories is when my recent client sent me all of their pictures while they were on their Disney Cruise.  I was able to text back and forth with them about their experience. It really warms my heart when I see my clients having a good time.  This client wrote in their survey after the vacation that she appreciated the easy communication and my quick responses to her 400 questions."  I will also add that their kids said "this was the best vacation they have ever been on." I am all about making sure everyone feels organized and prepared before their vacation! My favorite part about this job is seeing people make long lasting memories with their families.
