Hi, I’m Paul Einselen, a Travel Advisor with Fantastic Memories Travel since 2017.

For me, travel planning has always been about one thing: helping people actually enjoy their vacation instead of stressing over it.

A lot of what I do happens behind the scenes. I keep an eye on pricing changes, new promotions, itinerary updates, and anything that could improve the overall trip or save my clients money. I also stay active with ongoing training from cruise lines, resorts, and travel partners so I can stay on top of what is new and what actually matters when building a trip.

My approach is very hands-on at the start, where I help match each traveler with the right experience, and then flexible once the trip is planned. Some people want a detailed plan they can follow step by step. Others want more freedom to explore and make changes as they go. Most people land somewhere in the middle, and I help shape the trip so it feels easy, not rigid.

Even though booking travel online has become easier than ever, it also means it is easier to miss the details that actually make a difference. My job is to simplify that process, keep an eye on those details, and make sure my clients feel confident from the moment we start planning until they return home.
