Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to every sale by any employee or agent of Fantastic Memories Travel, LLC. These Terms & Conditions are subject to change. If changes are made they will be posted to this page, along with the effective date of the currently published Terms & Conditions. 1. Fantastic Memories Travel, LLC (“Agency”) offers travel planning and reservation services to you (“Guest”) on the condition that you accept, without modification, the terms, conditions, notices and limitations contained herein.
2. Fantastic Memories Travel, LLC is a Limited Liability Company domiciled in the State of Kansas. Its home office is located at 13004 Knox St., Overland Park, KS  66213. Its phone numbers are (913) 660-0513 and (888) 416-6873 (Toll-Free from within the United States).
3. Mouse Master℠ Travel is a Service Mark of Fantastic Memories Travel, LLC, referring to travel planning services specific to Disney Destination travel.
4. Seller of Travel: Fantastic Memories Travel, LLC is a registered seller of travel under the seller of travel regulations as promulgated by the following United States jurisdictions: California Seller of Travel Registration #2126168-70; Florida Seller of Travel Registration #ST40409; Washington UBI #603587950. An active Seller of Travel Registration number is evidence of compliance with state statutes and regulations at the time of filing, but does not constitute an endorsement or approval from the issuing state or states.
5. Independent Contractor Agents are independent businesses in a contractual relationship with Fantastic Memories Travel, LLC. Independent Contractor Agents who operate under trade names that include “Fantastic Memories Travel” or book travel under Agency professional credentials have earned the right to use them by completing required training and fulfilling contractual commitments. A contractor’s use of these items is evidence of compliance with contractual terms between the contractor and the Agency, but is not an endorsement of any particular advice or service provided by any Independent Contractor Agent. Independent Contractor Agents are each individually responsible for his or her own acts and omissions.
6. I understand that Fantastic Memories Travel is not the source or supplier of the travel services I have requested, and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. I have been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to me are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services I have purchased. I consent to and request the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold Fantastic Memories Travel responsible should any of these suppliers: a) fail to provide the travel services I have purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or b) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience.
7. I accept that Fantastic Memories Travel is not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold it liable for, any injury, damage or loss I may suffer on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control.
8. I further understand and acknowledge that travel to many parts of the world may involve the risk of a variety of hazards to my health and/or safety, including but not limited to disease, crime, terrorism, and warfare.  Because each traveler’s risk tolerance is different, Fantastic Memories Travel is not in a position to advise me whether I should travel to any particular place at any particular time.  Rather, to assist me in making an informed decision, I should refer to objective third-party sources of travel information, such as that maintained by the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov).
9. I will review my travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and understand that I must contact Fantastic Memories Travel if I have any questions. I understand that discounted fares typically involve restrictions and/or special qualification and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements or failing to provide evidence of qualification when requested may result in substantial additional cost, for which I will be solely responsible.
10. I understand that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires me to carry a government-issued identification card in order to board a flight. I have been advised that the name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on my airline ticket and in my booking records. I acknowledge that my failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing me to miss my flight.  I further acknowledge that beginning on May 7, 2025, I must present a driver’s license or another form of identification that complies with the requirements of the Federal Real ID Act (see www.dhs.gov/real-id for more information).
11. I understand that if traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport and, depending upon my destination and nationality, I may need to obtain one or more visas. I further understand that, even if other identification options may be available, Fantastic Memories Travel strongly recommends that Guests use a Passport Book that is valid for at least six (6) months after Guest’s scheduled return. Note to Guest: Passport and visa information may be obtained by contacting the Travel Agent Section of the U.S. State Department at 202.647.5225 or by visiting the State Department’s Web site at travel.state.gov. Non-U.S. passport holders should be sure to contact the embassies of their destination and transit countries to obtain entrance requirements. To obtain medical information, you may contact the Centers for Disease Control at 404.332.4559 or visit the CDC’s Web site at www.cdc.gov
12. I understand that the airline tickets, tours or other products I am purchasing are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date of purchase. Post-purchase price increases may be applied due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or government. I acknowledge that I may be charged additional sums to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof. I hereby consent to any post-purchase price increases and authorize Fantastic Memories Travel to charge my credit card for such additional amounts.
13. I understand that I may purchase travel insurance to cover certain risks inherent in travel such as supplier bankruptcy and the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency. I acknowledge that I may purchase third-party travel insurance through Fantastic Memories Travel, insurance offered by a travel vendor or supplier, I may obtain travel insurance myself through some other source, or choose not to protect my travel purchase with insurance. If insurance is not purchased or does not cover a particular loss or circumstance, I waive any claims against Fantastic Memories Travel, its agents and assigns, related to any losses that may have been avoided if travel insurance had been purchased
14. Agency shares information regarding vacation destinations, payment policies, prices, discount offers, etc., using reasonable professional care. All such information is provided by third parties. Therefore, such information is subject to change without notice, and it is possible for inaccuracies to arise out of communication errors, typographical errors, or other misunderstandings. Agency shall not be held responsible for any such errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, to the extent that it has employed reasonable professional care.
15. With regard to all vacation quotes, including advertised discounts, exclusive offers and other special offers, quotes are accurate when provided. Neither pricing nor availability can be guaranteed until required deposit(s) are accepted by the travel vendor(s). The availability of a particular discount or offer is subject to availability, qualification, and may be subject to additional special terms and conditions as established by the travel vendor or supplier. You understand that you are solely responsible for providing information and/or producing documentation that establishes your eligibility for such discounts or special offers. You understand that failure to provide such eligibility information or documentation may require you to pay full undiscounted rates or be denied travel services.
16. Guests are solely responsible for reviewing vendor-provided terms and conditions related to the specific vacation booked to determine whether additional charges or other obligations may apply to their travel bookings.
17. Guests are required to complete authorizations for any payment transactions processed by Agency. If Guests fail to authorize payment in time for payments to be submitted to travel vendors and suppliers, Guest accepts sole responsibility for the consequences of the failure to authorize payment, which may include cancelation of the vacation and/or loss of deposits.
18. Any requests to cancel or modify a booked vacation must be submitted to the booking Agent of record in writing. Neither Agent nor Agency shall be responsible for failure to cancel or modify any booking unless Guest has submitted a clear and unequivocal direction in writing.
19. By signing this agreement, I expressly appoint Fantastic Memories Travel as my Attorney-in-Fact with full authority to accept third-party Terms & Conditions and enter into other contracts on my behalf, which are related to my travel plans and disclosed to me by Agency.
20. I understand that such Terms & Conditions are set by the third-party providers of the vacation packages and/or services that I am purchasing. Neither Fantastic Memories Travel nor my agent have the authority to waive, amend, or otherwise alter the third-party Terms & Conditions to which I am agreeing.
21. Limitation of Refunds – Terms & Conditions under which refunds may be offered are determined by third-party vendors. I understand that airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and other travel suppliers may assess cancelation penalties. Fantastic Memories Travel does not assess cancelation penalties as a matter of course. Any cancelation penalties to be assessed by Fantastic Memories Travel in particular circumstances will be explicitly disclosed in writing, prior to booking. Fantastic Memories Travel shall not be responsible for cancelation fees assessed by third-parties.
22. Chargebacks – I agree that any payments submitted to Fantastic Memories Travel by me, or to Suppliers by Fantastic Memories Travel at my direction, are authorized transactions. I agree not to dispute, reverse, stop payment, or in any way interrupt the transfer of funds after I have authorized a transaction. I agree to indemnify Fantastic Memories Travel from any financial losses caused by interrupting or reversing an authorized transaction.
